Aviation fuel is the core business of CNAF operated by China National Aviation Fuel Corporation Ltd (“CNAF Ltd.”) established on 22 September 2005. CNAF Ltd. has 6 regional companies, 2 subordinate companies, 22 branches and 108 supply stations. It also controls and holds shares of 9 joint-venture companies in central and southern China, including Yantai, Nanjing and Sanya. It has over 30 representative offices at the refineries of the major oil and petrochemical companies across the country. It provides refueling services to more than 190 Chinese and foreign airlines at over 190 airports in China.
Trading of refined oil products and petrochemicals is one of the key businesses of CNAF operated by China National Aviation Fuel Petroleum Co., Ltd. (CNAFLP CORP). It is a wholly owned subsidiary of CNAF established in October 2004. Its key business is the trading of refined oil products and related petrochemicals. CNAFLP is well equipped to distribute refined oil products and petrochemicals, with 18 branches across the country and owning assets that include 29 oil tanks, 15 dedicated railway tracks, 5 shipping ports and 85 petrol stations.
Established on 12 December 2007 and registered in Shanghai, China National Aviation Fuel Logistic Co., Ltd. (CNAFLC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of CNAF. As a key player in China’s domestic jet fuel shipping market, CNAFLC is responsible for integrating the operations and management of CNAF’s logistics Business and assets. It is committed to building up a professional logistics management team and highly integrated oil products distribution system. CNAFLC’s businesses include shipping, ports, storage and pipeline transportation. It has established 7 subsidiaries and branches across the country. CNAFLC owns 37 oil tankers and operates 45 shipping routes. It controls more than 90% of the PRC domestic jet fuel shipping market.
CNAF explores its international business of aviation fuel trade and investment through its branches in Singapore, Hong Kong, USA and UK. China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd. was listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 6 December 2001. It is the main channel that CNAF obtains its overseas jet fuel supply.
